SHIPPING 

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide worldwide shipping from our warehouses in Europe & USA by FEDEX, USPS, DHL, DPD.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Chucktown Merch is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package? 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated. Our International shipping option is only DHL. International orders are shipped out Mondays, Wed & Fridays.  

I didn't receive my tracking number, where do I get mine?

Please send us an email with your Name & Order # and via our Contact Page.
 How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please visit USPS for domestic or DHL for international orders.

 Will I have to pay any duties on top of my International order?

Taxes & Duties are added to your DHL shipping option at check out and will not need to be paid for before arrival - if your shipping checkout has stated "taxes & duties paid". If you are not sure about this, please send us an email and we will let you know. If you are contacted via DHL to pay Taxes & Duties, we are not responsible for them as each country is different - if you choose not to pay them your order will be forfeited and not refunded. We apologize for any inconveniences.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.

When will my order arrive?

SOME DELAYS ARE TO BE EXPECTED DUE TO COVID-19

Your order is quality checked, packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase. Please understand this when choosing 1-Day Shipping option.
  • Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.
  • Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only. Note that International pick-ups are on Monday & Thursday - this could delay your order. 
After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. 
If you have a question concerning tracking or shipping for domestic orders, please contact USPS.
Taxes & Duties are added to your DHL shipping option at check out and will not need to be paid for before arrival - if your shipping checkout has stated "taxes & duties paid". We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of USA holidays on California Pacific Time.
 
What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
Do you ship internationally?
Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.
